Sui Dynasty 581-618 AD figure

This is a Sui Dynasty 581-618 AD straw glazed figure of a man. Mostly called attendants, or officials, these pottery figures were burial pottery. As a lot of these figures the head was broken off. It measures 19 cm, and is made from a white pottery. Besides the straw glaze there are remnants of cold-painting.
