Here is a Tomb brick with a relief decoration. It is to be dated to the Southern Dynasties, 420-589 aD. The dating derived from the very specific style of clothing and depicting of the people on it. More of these tiles were found in Dengxian, Henan province.
Depicted are Duqu people, a specific class of serving people. They served as soldiers, servants, and in ceremonies. On this tile musicians are shown, blowing long horns decorated with ribbons. To the right there is a fragment left what was probably a drummer.
Other examples of these tile are found in teh National museum of China, and Henan museum. Literature reference is; “Dawn of the golden age” with a very similar example depicted.
