I found this piece in an online auction, hidden in a group of pieces.The picture was vague, but I had to take a chance on this one. And it turns out to be a wonderful qingbai figure with russet markings, 16,5 cm high. Wonderful gentleman with a moustache and robes. One arm is partly replaced, the other one only broken. A rare figure, and a rare find indeed. Documentation on these is still scarce. Christies sold a group of similar pieces, the Cernuschi museum also has a few nice examples.
